Shipping & Returns

Shipping Method and Cost

Currently we use EMS and DHL as our main carrier and ship our products to most countries and areas that EMS and DHL can reach. If your order is less $80 , we usually charge $20 for shipping. Of course, if the amount is over $80, we send the goods to you for free shipping.


Shipping Time

It will need about 1-2 days to arrange your order after you make an order from us, and 5-9 business days to deliver the goods to you, we always deliver our goods by the fasest and safest way , you can trust us .

NOTES:
1. Usually we will process your order once you finish your payment. But sometimes, we have to verify your order before we process it by sending you an email or calling you. Your cooperation will be much appreciated.

2. Please provide us a detailed and correct delivery address so that we can deliver your order successfully.


Shipping Address

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. All parcels will be held for picking up if cannot be signed or delivered. So please provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed shipping information with your phone number for the shipping. If an item is returned because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, customer will have to be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.


Tracking

The shipping of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with the online tracking number and link will be sent to you. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email. We sincerely suggest you add us to your email list so that you can get confirmation about your order from us. And remember to check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not receive a reply in 3 days.


Acceptance of the Parcel

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but customer will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. A signature will be required from the recipient upon the item's arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your item will arrive safely into your possession. All parcels will be held for picking up if it can't be signed or delivered. It is the responsibility of the person who receives the parcel to examine the item prior to signing for its acceptance. If the carrier is authorized to leave the parcel without a signature, mispolo.com will not be held responsible for damage or loss that may occur during shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to check the item status upon arrival and inform us of any problem or damage within 3 days of receiving your order. Return & exchange

The steps for exchange
If you got incorrect or defects items, you can contact our sales to show the defects by the photos, and then we will send you all instructions and solutions.

Exchange item must be post-marked no later than 7 business days and return for exchange must be no later than 30 business days from the day you received it.

The steps to return and get the refund If you want to return the good and get a refund you can do below the steps:

Contact us to show the reason why you want to return the goods. then we will look into your matter and send you all instructions, address and return authorization number for the item to be sent back to us. Once you receive the confirmation email, please ship us your order. The return item must be post-marked no later than 7 business days .

After we have received the goods,we will refund money back to you .Allow 1-4 weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement and exchanged item is issued.

*If the customer sends the order back to us without priory contacting us and without proper authorization number or correct return address OR if the customer refuses the package when it is delivered we will not be in title to refund or exchange the item

PS:we can't accept return or exchange for the questions of "size do not fit" or "you don't like them" , hope you can understand.
